The Greenbaums relocated to Sedona in 2000 from Miami, Florida, and discovered and purchased a spectacular view lot within 2 hours of its listing.
The home was designed to capture the stunning views to the north, and a 12 foot wide cantilevered roof was created to offer shade and shelter without the visual interruption of any structural columns or other visible means of support.
The home features 3 bedrooms, a home theater room, and an open great room that includes the kitchen and dining which share the view windows.
A large entry gallery provides space for the owners' art collection.
