In 1999, Dr. John Rose commisioned Michael Hadley to design this new 2615 SF dental office in Long Beach, CA. Dr. Rose's directions were to make it striking, make it contemporary, and use a simple color scheme of natural maple and black.

These directions were carefully followed, and with expert assistance from Mrs. Rose, the completed office exceeded all expectations. Natural maple paneling was used extensively in the reception room, business office, and operatory hallway, and a matching maple plastic laminate was used for all of the casework. The operatory cabinets were designed and installed by Stelte Dental Cabinets, now a division of ADEC. Black was used for accent reveals, furnishings, and the dental chairs.

The reception room features a stunning black waterwall. 5 dental operatories, reception room, business office and business annex, a private consultation room, private office, a generous staff room, and a separate lab and sterilization area make up the components of the office.
