This project was designed as a major expansion for the dental office of Dr. Paul Gosar in Flagstaff, Arizona. Dr. Gosar sold his practice and is now a United States Congressman representing Arizona's 1st Congressional District. The project was approved by the City of Flagstaff Planning Department but remains unbuilt.
